Presentation of Parade Trophy to Torringford Volunteer Fire Department.

Vote to appoint Angel Rio to Patrolman C as a regular member of the
Torrington Police Department, effective September 23, 2009.

Vote to enter Executive Session under Police Dept. Personnel.

Vote to accept Chief Fields Report for September 2009.

Vote to accept Deputy Chief Brunoli's Report for September 2009.

Vote to authorize Free Downtown Parking at metered locations from Friday, November 27, 2009 through Friday, January 1, 2010.
